Project details

What we need
  • Analysis of 1 set of survey data that is already at hand
  • Summary of key findings from survey data
Additional details

We conducted an employee engagement survey, but haven't had time to dive into the results. We could use some help pulling out the themes and trends from the data.

What we have in place
  • We currently have 39 responses to our 49 question survey in an excel document, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great team! (haha, I don't know what else would be needed), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to use this data to improve our employee engagement and morale.

Our staff is very important to us. While we've made significant progress, some areas of our agency have high turnover. We want to be able to find the 3 most important themes from the survey and either enhance or fix them. Our human resources generalist is only part-time and has been focusing on many other tasks that this has fallen low on the priority list, but we really want to use the information effectively.

Testimonials

Tamara was incredibly professional and went above and beyond on this project. She formatted a report that was easy for all of our stakeholders to understand. We are so grateful for her contributions and her outsider perspective on the agency. We are looking forward to working with Tamara again.
