What we need
- Thorough review of the existing communication and marketing materials to ensure writing is understandable, engaging and consistent
- Edits conducted with respect to writing style, voice, length, and proper spelling and grammar
- Revised materials should adhere to branding, communications and marketing goals
Additional details
We need to diversify our funding streams and increase our donor base. Our fundraising and marketing materials need to be audited. We need suggestions about what other strategies and materials we can develop, such as infographics, to help us build financial support for our programs from the public and high net worth individuals.
What we have in place
- We currently have Case Statement and Capital Campaign Documents, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Program marketing materials, strategic plan, etc., and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to increase the proportion of Executive Director's time spent on direct marketing activities.
The marketplace for nonprofit organizations is highly competitive. Those with great staffing, project outcomes and materials fare better. Therefore, we need to improve our fundraising, website, infographics and other materials to draw attention to our programs so they may garner more diversified funding support from a variety of audiences.
