What we need
  • Detailed evaluation of a particular program, measured outcomes, and its impact on Organizational goals
  • Recommendations for areas of improvement in program delivery including allocation of resources
Additional details

I am looking for an assessment / restructuring of my Development (Fund Raising) department. Currently the department is structured around events only and is not meeting revenue targets. Donors have decreased. Model for fundraising has not kept up with the overall financial goals of the organization. An evaluation with recommendations for improvements would be appreciated!

What we have in place
  • We currently have current informtion on past fundraising efforts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have information about current staffing and competencies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to invest in the appropriate structure and resources needed to reboot our development department!

Our donor base is decreasing and in a market saturated with fundraising events, participation and revenues from these are also decreasing. With an anticipated operational defecit, maximizing philanthropic donations is a must.

We believe that anyone facing a disability can reach their potential and our diverse programs and services support this belief. We strive to provide a broad network of services including school readiness education, early intervention, rehabilitation services, behavioral therapy services, vocational services and audiology services. These services assist children, adults and their families to live, learn, work and play as integral members of the community.
