What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey

Looking to send out survey to many different stakeholders of non-profit to prep for an entire re-brand of agency after recent merger.
What we have in place
- We currently have a consultant to help with questions for each stakeholder, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a grad student intern and the donor engagement manager on it, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to focus on the re-brand roll out to our community, employees, families, and stakeholders who support our mission.
Get input early on in the re-brand process to ensure that we are able to attract new funders and position the newly-expanded organization for future growth.

Fidelity House CRC is a human services organization committed to supporting people with disabilities and those with significant challenges such as autism, Down syndrome, and acquired brain injury. We are proud to provide 26 community residences along with many specialized services across 68 cities and towns in northeastern Massachusetts.
