  • We currently have job descriptions and, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have analysis about our national network compensation, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,776 , allowing us to focus on our work of building up young leaders.

This project will help us achieve pay transparency, make us more competitive, and provide grounded analysis for how we structure our compensation plan.
