Additional details
Arts Clayton will be approaching foundations to support a capital project. Most require a Letter of Intent (LOI) as a first step, and we need to make sure our LOI is professional and gets the attention of those making the initial review for funding.
What we have in place
- We currently have a 2-page draft LOI with sections identified, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have architectural plans and renderings, photos, project details, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,187 , allowing us to better utilize staff to work with contractors for project implementation and begin new program development.
Arts Clayton needs additional program space, and renovating the basement is critical to meeting the growing demands for services. Our building is part of the City's historic district which is being redeveloped in 2019-2020 for economic activity, livability, etc. - so that our timeline for generating funds to support the renovation / construction of a new entrance must also compliment the work schedule being undertaken by the City.
