Project details

What we need
  • Setup of selected CRM system (e.g. Airtable, Salsa CRM, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge, Bloomerang, or Kindful) including a customized set of objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15)
  • A customized set of views and reports to allow table-based editing and analysis of data (up to 15)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to identified CRM system
  • Training and guidelines on how to manage system and generate basic reports
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

We currently have multiple outdated member lists in Excel spreadsheets and we need a CRM we can access remotely. We have a web host, just not the technical knowledge to implement a CRM ourselves. Please help!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: We are looking to install CiviCRM as our CRM of choice. We need a versatile, open-source CRM like this since we do not currently have the budget for a paid system like Salesforce. If you're willing to install CiviCRM, we are definitely thankful for your help. Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have web hosting to put the CRM system on, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have volunteers willing to assist as much as possible, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,792 , allowing us to create a legitimate marketing strategy to assist people in learning their housing rights and knowing they have people fighting for them, getting bills passed, and helping protect their homes.

As a member-driven organization, we currently have no legitimate system to keep track of, or reach out to, our members. This system will allow us to see who's getting involved and in what areas of the state we should focus more time and attention.
