Project details

What we need
  • A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details

Refresh and revise the existing fundraising letter for the Caribbean Genealogy Library, a volunteer run research library focused on history, culture and genealogy.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a fundraising letter, mission statement, text of what we do, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have photos, website text, list of lectures and events, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to continue operating the research library and offering educational workshops and lectures.

Our research library is operated largely by donations. A strong letter is useful.
