Project details

What we need
  • A 4-week content calendar for one social media platform, including graphics & copy (12-20 posts, or as agreed upon by both parties)
  • A content calendar template that can be used to plan out posts in the future
Additional details

Philadelphia Young Playwrights is looking to launch a Social Media campaign specifically around Giving Tuesday (December 3, 2019) and Calendar Year End giving. We need assistance with overall plan messaging, implementation timelines, designing digital materials and images, and copy for this campaign.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a robust catalog of recent program photos and testimonials, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an existing presence and following on social media, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to use the funds from this campaign to support the program directly!

Because we serve students primarily in their classrooms and it's hard for the general public to "see" the work we do, we struggle to engage individual giving at the level we should for an Organization of our size. We hope to engage Board Members and Alumni especially with easy ways to reach their networks to raise more individual giving and awareness of our mission and programs.

Testimonials

Jessica was an amazing volunteer! She knew exactly how to best help us - and was super efficient as well. We are still referring to her materials she worked on for us 6 months later- and it has made a great impact at our organization.

Social Media Content Calendar Project

Working together to streamline the creative development process for the Philadelphia Young Playwrights' social media activity was an absolute pleasure. Lindsay and her team have been doing incredible work for a very long time, but talking about specific objectives for the social channel and creating a framework to drive those goals should increase efficiency and effectiveness of all the social efforts moving forward. We also discussed how those objectives could be optimized by integrating all of the marketing efforts and how the social/digital ecosystem could best be leveraged for Giving Tuesday gave us a lot to discuss in a series of calls we had for this project. While I was/am still very interested in providing guidance in the social/digital space, the internal team is off and running ... excited to follow the success this organization achieves in the near future!
