  • Training on how to create and customize graphics using (free) design tools/apps

I run a five day event mid November called the USVI Charter Yacht Show. Exhibiting yachts enter competitions - there are several awards to be won. I would like that each of the winners receives, in addition to a physical trophy, a digital logo (already created) with "winner of..." or "runner up of..." and the date. I can supply vector files for the logo, all I need is text added to celebrate the award won. We have 12 separate digital certificate awards to create. Thank you!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a ready created logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the awards titles listed ready for your creation, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to spend the energy on working with the young people who help to run the event

Marketing for the organisation through each of the awarded yachts celebration of their award by using the graphic on their social media and online brochrues / email signatures. This will bring awareness to the organisiation so that we may build and develop our programs to provide more youth training etc.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where graphics will be posted, ideas for copy, and images to include in the graphics (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the graphic, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines (if applicable)
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of graphics or memes they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts three graphics using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of graphic
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to three rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Graphic Delivered and Training
  • Professional delivers final version of the graphic and explains how to upload image(s) to the Organization’s chosen platform(s)
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to create and customize graphics
