Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one hour calls with an events professional covering topics like concept, general structure, logistics, and target attendees
  • A written summary of topics discussed, including event concept and theme, general plan, estimated budget (optional), and articulated goals (feel free to use this template as a starting point)
  • Note: This project does not include on-site event coordination or support on the day of the event
Additional details

Our primary fundraising event of the year is Christmas at the Monastery in December. This year, we are looking at switching that live event to virtual. There were a lot of moving parts to the live C@M event, some which we'd like to keep, and some of which will need to replaced. We could use help with both reimagining the event and the planning the implementation of all the components.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a volunteer leadership committee, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Ann and Jennifer on staff to provide history, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to bring in expertise on virtual event planning without tapping limited budget resources for consulting.
