(Short) Animation Creation

Project details

What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
What we have in place
  • We currently have an explanation of what we need already written, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have marketing materials with broader explanation of our org, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to distribute high impact grants into the community.

We are seeking to convey the message that supporting Impact Austin supports the whole Central Texas nonprofit ecosystem. As we continue to find ways to market ourselves to new members and donors, we need visual and virtual communication.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
