(Short) Animation Creation

What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content

Looking for brief animations that explain our services that can be shared on website and SM sites.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a website and canva account, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have time, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to Cover the salary of one of our attorneys for a month and she can serve at least 20 cancer patients.

We serve the cancer community in Minnesota. Sharing exactly what "legal help" is to this community and to the funders and people who might donate is our goal. We also want to do it in a non threatening way.

  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
