(Short) Animation Creation

What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
Additional details

In order to attract prospective learners to the careers offered by Generation France's Customer Care program as well as better introduce Customer Care professions at the start of each cohort, we need to create two shorts presentation videos.
We need someone who can come on day to Paris to film images.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a great team available and clear ideas about what we need, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have all (people and places) to create content, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to train and place 20 more unemployed people

This would be a great communication support to get known by more young people and therefore help more of them.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
