What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

we are looking for employee handbook for the first time. we have organisation operational guideline but does not explain in detailed on specific issues such as Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies although government labour law give general guideline but we need one which reflects our organisation needs , Termination Policies, Safety and Security , Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest

What we have in place
  • We currently have organisational operation manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have employement contract, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to training technical staff on issues related to disability.

The project will help in put in place they systems and policies which will easy day to day operation. Employee will be aware on what is expected from them.
