What we need
- Assessment of Organization’s current CRM practices with recommendations on improvements such as setup, maintenance, integrations with other systems, and insights reporting
- Recommendations on a new CRM system and related costs (if necessary) such as Airtable, Bloomerang, Kindful, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or Salsa CRM
- Note: This project does not include implementation of recommended CRM platform. For a project to advise and implement an entire system, try our Customer Database (CRM) Setup project
Additional details
We are currently using Salsa to track our students, volunteers, and donors. We need help with tracking tutoring groups. We need someone who has experience working in Salsa.
What we have in place
- We currently have Salsa set up and running, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have -, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,315 , allowing us to focus on bringing more tutors and volunteers into our program
Much of our funding comes from showing the progression of our students. We want to close the literacy gap, and we can do that by being able to more accurately track our students and volunteers
