What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

What we have in place
- I have a basic (unpublished) handbook when our employees were less than 4. I have all employment offers, job descriptions and other documents needed but need help in creating an official handbook. We also have a full time operations manager that will assist me to perform all HR duties.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to direct all unrestricted funding to operational & staff support due the effects of COVID.
