What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
What we have in place
- We currently have a comprehensive list of benefits and procedures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a big and complex handbook and policies, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to invest in other areas of our institutional strengthening such as trainings to our staff.
Will help improve our onboarding strategy and to update processes.

We support women defenders' resistance, struggles, and demands for the transformation of systems of injustice and inequality, placing holistic feminist protection and care at the center of our work.
