Website Content Plan
Website Content Plan
Project details
What we need
- A document outlining each page and section of the website, with descriptions of written and visual content for each
- An assessment of the written content, specifically indicating where written content is final, draft (needs editing), or needs to be written from scratch
- An assessment of the visual content, specifically indicating which visual assets are ready and which need to be created or sourced
- Advice on how to collect content from other places (e.g., marketing materials, grant proposals, event photos, etc.) and edit it for the website
- Note: This project is for content planning only. For additional support, see the Website Creation: Build a Brand New Site bundle
Additional details
Our website is a little outdated, and with so many grantors looking at it, we'd like to give it a little bit of a face-lift. We use the Weebly platform, and that's what we'd like to stay with.
What we have in place
- We currently have a basic website and platform, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have inspiration and a model we'd like to draw from, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,636 , allowing us to continue to serve those under served individuals with emotional guidance and mental health assistance.
The New Hope Counseling Center has always been a relatively small resource in our community, despite being the largest counseling center in the area. We currently serve seven counties with seven therapists, and have held over 5,000 counseling sessions this year to date. However, our company is also a little behind the times. The introduction of a younger operations manager has brought in current ideas and plans, and we'd like to bring the face of our company (our website) up to date too!
