What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We have a 45-minute video that requires subtitling and light editing. These are recordings of webinars for our members to be posted onto our website. We have access to cloud-based subtitling service which automatically generates subtitles. Slight corrections are often needed to match the audio to the subtitles. Additional videos are available if you have the capacity.

What we have in place
  • We have the videos in mp4 format and also membership to use Zubtitle, a subtitling service.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide on-going support to our members and emergency cash stipends to those in need.

This project will help deliver vital information to our members enabling them improve their job application skills as well as on-the-job success.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
