What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

We are working to produce a 5-10 minute clip. We already have most of the footage, and a really clear outline of the themes we want to cover.

What we have in place
  • We currently have most of the footage and a clear outline, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have previous footage from other projects in our dropbox, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to fund a spring virtual 10-week program for teen boys in AZ.

this video is going to go out to 10k+ as a part of a Domestic Violence Prevention Month campaign. It will have enormous reach for us, and is a massive opportunity for us to expand our constituency and showcase what we are about.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
