(Short) Animation Creation

What we need
  • Up to 3 short animations to be used in further marketing content (short videos, gifs, website content, etc)
  • Guidelines on how to use the animations in accordance with other content
Additional details

We're looking for something we can share digitally that would feature an element of our school: our connection to our parish, our students, our teachers, our volunteers or one of our pillars (prayer, study, community, service) or a good combination.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a dedicated staff and great photographs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an up-to-date website to see what we've shared so far, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to invest the saved money in educational resources for our students.

We are a small private school looking to get the good word out on our offerings so that more young people can receive a great education in faith and knowledge and become wonderful contributors to our community.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional the intended platform(s) where animations will be posted, ideas for content, and images to include in the animation (if any)
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional discuss the objective of the animation, key audiences, and visual branding guidelines
  • Volunteer Manager shares examples of animations they like with the Professional

Milestone 1: Preliminary Design
  • Professional drafts animations using different themes to share with the Volunteer Manager
  • Volunteer Manager chooses one draft as a primary theme and provides feedback

Milestone 2: Animation Creation
  • Professional provides Volunteer Manager with first draft of animation
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with up to two rounds of feedback

Milestone 3: Final Animation Delivered
  • Professional delivers final version of the animations and explains how to include the animations on the organization’s chosen platform(s)
