We would like an infographic on social determinants of health.
What we have in place
- We currently have other examples with the information to be included., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have organization logos to use in the design, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,212 , allowing us to post it on our website for funders and partners to see, use in presentations and grant proposals.
It will help us clearly explain what we're working for - the health of our community through our programs.

Our mission
The mission of Joy-Southfield Community Development Corporation is neighborhood revitalization through family life-skill support and community economic development.
We are dedicated to providing preventative health education and promoting primary health services through our partnership with Covenant Community Care and preventative health education programs to low-income and uninsured families and individuals.
