What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We have some compelling video footage from around the world, with students in life-changing settings! We also have lots of footage of students performing acts of service and making a difference in the community. I am looking for someone who can help us put that footage together to tell our story and show our impact!

What we have in place
  • We currently have a ready-made library of video footage and photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have lots of students/alums who are willing to provide testimony, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to dedicate those funds directly to students in need of support.

One of our biggest challenges is telling our story. We build youth leaders through local community service and international travel. A lot of people have shared that it's hard for them to see the connection. I think we can tell that story by hearing from the students themselves.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format
