What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage

Looking for an updated video that represents our organization and shares our mission.

What we have in place
  • We currently have video snips and photos, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have older video versions, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,632 , allowing us to put more of community donations towards classes, equine care, and instructor training.

This video will be used for marketing purposes to attract new donors, supporters, and show the community the impact we have on underserved individuals in our community.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

Our mission

The mission of TROT is to enrich the lives of people with special needs using equine-assisted activities and therapies to improve physical, mental, social and emotional well-being.

What we do

We use the power of horses to empower and improve the quality of life for individuals living with many different diagnoses. Our Programs consist of Therapeutic Riding, Equine-Facilitated Psychotherapy, and a specialized program for military veterans called Heroes on Horses.
