What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
We are wanting to create a 1-2 page letter to donors who gave last year but not this year to capture a year end gift. We plan to ask for a specific amount for either general operating support or a specific health center based on their interests. We are a community health center that has 7 different clinics for the underserved population of Dallas.
What we have in place
- We currently have a targeted list of 15 individuals who have given $2500, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great website to review, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,090 , allowing us to raise needed dollars for health care for the uninsured in Dallas.
We want to raise $100,000 plus with our year end appeal letter. We will mail to 1,000 past donors and then mail to 15 targeted individuals for $2500-$10,000.
