What we need
  • An edited 1-3 minute video delivered in electronic format as agreed upon between the Professional and Organization, with HD quality as a master version, along with any agreed upon formats for final usage
Additional details

We are looking for advice on how to record our AGM video with the material we have (mostly good mobile phones) and then we will need help with editing these videos. We would like to produce a video of 30-45 min long.

What we have in place
  • We will able to collect or acquire access to any information to be included in the video (i.e. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials), and digitize all materials in the agreed upon format and resolution.
    We will get ready a outline of script for video
    We gather rights/permission to use any proprietary information, images, and/or music to be used in the video
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to allowing us to allowing us to support more children, young people and families in our local community who need it most.

This AGM video will show to our public what we achieved this year and we would like to achieve going forward.

Prep: Information Sharing & Asset Exchange
  • Volunteer Manager provides overview of vision and goals for video, as well as information about target audience
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional agree upon file format and length of video
  • Volunteer Manager collects collateral (e.g. raw video footage, photos, testimonials, media materials) to be edited into the video, and digitizes all the materials in the format and resolution suggested by the professional. If applicable, the Organization provides links to 3-5 videos it would like the professional to use as a creative guideline for the final product

Milestone 1: Video Outline & Script Finalization
  • Professional reviews assets that the Organization shared (including existing footage and proposed script) to create video outline
  • Professional shares with Organization and incorporates feedback

Milestone 2: Video Creation & Feedback
  • Professional creates video in agreed upon format and shares with Organization for feedback (up to 2 rounds)

Milestone 3: Final Video Delivery
  • Professional delivers final video in agreed upon format

What we do

Coram's Fields is the capital's most cherished children's charity. Located on the grounds of the former Founding Hospital, we provide a range of recreational outdoor facilities for local families, including: a park and adventure playground, city farm, wildlife garden and sports pitches and courts. We also deliver services for children and young people ages 0-19 - from first steps to first jobs - which include: early years services, youth and sports programmes.
