What we need
- Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
- Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information

What we have in place
- We currently have which should make it easy for you to get started., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have experience from working with current employees, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to continue to offer free youth programs to youth in need.
An Employee Handbook would help us to properly bring on and manage our employees, which is critical to the implementation of our youth programs.

Our mission
The Community Enrichment Project (CEP) offers youth civic engagement programs and services to youth in underserved Washington, D.C. communities. Through various offerings, our youth are taught life skills and provided resources to become, and remain, active participants in their communities. Our programs are designed to empower youth to be life-long community leaders who will provide community-based solutions to local issues, and help to eradicate socio-economic issues one underserved community at a time.
