Identify Success Metrics
Project details
What we need
- A set of success metrics for the Organization's program such as key performance indicators and secondary performance indicators
- Guidelines on how to measure success metrics, how often to measure them, and how to present metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Additional details
We are trying to assess "life changes" (if any) brought about as a result of the many services we perform for the Latino immigrant community in Charlottesville, VA. Looking for Hispanic background expert
What we have in place
- We currently have a detailed 2019 Annual Report with metrics from last year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Covid response grant summaries for this year, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,240 , allowing us to convince donors that their support to us is useful in improving people's lives
We need to begin monitoring and reporting on life changes, a.k.a. "outcome indicators" not only output indicators on which we have reported since our inception. Deep familiarity with the Hispanic culture is an important skill set for this project since all clients to be interviewed are part of that culture.

Testimonials
This was a complex assignment that required "new learning-curve thinking" on the part of the consultant and the agency. We worked together with weekly get-togethers for over two months, each meeting building on the accomplishments of the previous on, and the final product was a successful presentation of a follow-on project to the the Board of Directors and its approval of the activity. The interaction between the consultant and the two agency staff was rich and rewarding for both sides and we were all pleased how well it all turned out.
I had a great experience working with Frank and Sheila. They were very open, both bringing different perspectives and were able to articulate the history and current needs of the company that allowed me to formulate a plan for their immediate use. They allowed me the room to advise, get feedback on my approach and change directions so that I could truly work with them to enable the changes they wanted to see in Sin Barreras.
