Board Structures & Role Definitions

Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining relationship of board to your organization and metrics of board success
  • Document outlining scope of roles within board, including empty seats if applicable
Additional details

We are a new non-profit and are looking to redefine the relationship between the operation of our organization and the board. We have an identified board president, treasurer and member at large. We would like to outline roles within the board, decide what roles/seats need to be filled and outline a successful, effective and structured board.

What we have in place
  • We currently have our mission and vision available, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have our history of grant proposals, data, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,882 , allowing us to provide more services and programming to the mothers and families in our community. Thus making a greater impact on the maternal health disparities in our area.

Birth Sisters is making a significant impact on our community and wants to structure ourselves in a way that yields a foundation of longevity, stability and sustainability.
