What we'd like to talk about
I'd like strategic advice on how to start the strategic planning process. We're thinking we will start with the Mission, Vision, Values Statement project and if it goes well, complete other projects.
Additional context
The board has discussed creating a new strategic plan and completing board retreats for the last couple of years, but they don't know how to go about it and honestly, are tired and leery of taking on too much. I'm hoping that by only starting with one project we might "dip our toes in the water" and hopefully gain momentum to complete more projects on the way to a strategic plan.
