What we'd like to talk about
We are seeking knowledge and advice on a non-profit transferring capital to another non-profit.
Additional context
We were approached to merge with another non-profit. We are considering something slightly different than what they are proposing. We are seeking knowledge and advice on the implications on the direction we may pursue.
If it would be useful, I'm happy to share the possible proposed scenario with whoever we have the call with. It would likely save some time on the call. The scenario is one-page/four short paragraphs.
