What we need
  • A 500 - 1,000 word ready-to-publish case study that details your Organization’s impact in a compelling narrative
Additional details

Looking for assistance with writing a case study for the overall program, and three additional case studies that answer the following: one that highlights a success our team is proud of, one that demonstrates an unresolved issue our team is struggling with, and one that focuses on health promotion efforts we are employing.

What we have in place
  • We currently have market materials, and some family surveys, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have potential client and colleague interviewees, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to have more time to provide service delivery.

Primarily, this is important for our funders to understand specific goals and outcomes for the Care Team Program. Also, this could help with explaining our program to referring parties and state-level agencies.
