Additional details
Teambuilding! We have a 4 person leadership team, including me (the ED), and 3 senior staff members. We work collaboratively and meet regularly. There is a new senior staffer and our LT is straining to develop trust and create healthy dynamics with the new member. As ED, I've shepherded us through a merger four years ago and many org changes and I am stumped on how to create a trusting collaborative environment among the four of us. It seems outside insight and facilitation is needed. Thanks!
What we have in place
- We currently have a strategic plan, job descriptions, & established org chart, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a commitment to collaboration, good will among LT, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,465 , allowing us to best manage the organization & stop wasting time because of miscommunications. Our LT needs to raise money & produce program to fulfill our mission. I need to focus on external & board relations.
I laid off the previous senior LT staffer because he was divisive & promoted the new LT staffer. We need a clear delineation of tasks even as we collaborate closely to reforge the organization after a financially difficult but programmatically successful year. Our LT is having difficulty establishing a new LT dynamic and there seems to be lost trust among several members. Our LT oversees everything and I, as ED, depend on them to be a steady and rational force to implement our new 2021-2023 SP.
