Event Slideshow Creation
Project details
What we need
- Creation or update of a slideshow no longer than 3 minutes including photos, title and end pages, and music accompaniment
- Curated collection of photos for press and media coverage
Additional details
A short video/slideshow to use as a part of a fundraising campaign. It will also be a part of our website at the end of the campaign.
What we have in place
- We currently have photos from years past to current, logo and long term staff, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a website, facebook page, current visual brand project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,129 , allowing us to use saved funds for curriculum supplies for the teachers and children.
We have served Tucson's children since 1966. COVID-19 continues to impact our program. Current enrollment is low compared to past years due to families working less and/or unable to afford care. Families need a safe, affordable learning environment for their children. Our program works to provide the safest environment possible for children to learn. This slideshow is a way we can highlight our program's successes to donors. Funds generated will go toward purchasing needed classroom materials.
Project plan
Our mission
Our mission is to create a community that fosters the development of each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical potential and nurtures each child's spirit and zest for life.
What we do
St. Mark's Preschool & Kindergarten provides a supportive community within which young children expand their learning and development. We view children as feeling, thinking, creative, and growing individuals. At school, children move into a miniature version of the larger society where they have an opportunity to challenge themselves and to develop in a supportive environment. Children are encouraged to become problem-solving, sensitive, contributing, and responsible members of the "school community" as initial preparation for adulthood in a complex society.
The curriculum at St. Mark's is child-centered and focuses on thematic units and play as a dynamic form of learning that involves a wide range of intellectual, social, emotional, and physical capabilities. The creative arts and play activities throughout the school day provide opportunities for the total development of the child. The curriculum encompasses a wide variety
of experiences that are based on an understanding of child development and which support and expand each child's development.
