Project details

What we need
  • A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
  • A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
  • Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
  • Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
Additional details

Women Doing Well, a Christian non-profit, activates women of influence in the US & 5 countries to live lives shaped by God's generosity. Led by volunteers supported by staff, WDW guides women to a life of integrated well-being through its online platform, community & events. WDW requests a training/development expert to design a values-based PDP for staff & volunteers including: self-assessment of leadership areas, goals, strategies, & implementation plan for personal/professional areas of life.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a proposal detailing Professional Development Plan project, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have flexibility during summer months to schedule availability, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to fulfill development needs to an online platform, and community and event series to the women we serve.

The PDP will guide senior associates & key volunteer leaders toward reaching goals by implementing defined steps (self-assessment, goals, strategies, resources & timeline). The PDP can be simple or structured format to assist senior associates to think methodically about their professional future & goals they need to reach vision while integrating their personal goals. The PDP should serve as a continual reference, & senior associates should update it as they grow professionally and personally.

Our mission

We activate women towards purposeful generosity. So that every woman is confident in who she is and what she has in Christ, giving generously to heal the world.

What we do

We are a community of women being transformed by generosity to impact the world. Given that women today hold 51% of all wealth in the US and only 6% feel equipped to handle what's in their hands, we are on a mission to activate women of influence to live lives shaped by God's generosity.

Through our experiences and community, women discover their unique purpose, passion and then activate a plan for giving their time, talent and treasure, but not to us! We are privately funded so we can freely engage women without the pressure of an ask. We believe God is placing resources in the hands of women who will change the world with their giving and we want to help accelerate this movement by serving women of influence for such a time as this.

Testimonials

Ebony is the best! She helped clarify our needs, create the tools needed to engage, designed the process and coached me all along the way. I felt like a client even though she was volunteering her skills!
