Our mission
Comfort Homesake's mission is to increase national awareness of aging by providing culturally relevant health care planning and documenting wishes before a medical crisis occurs. Our unique group of professionals is multi-lingual, multi-cultural, and multi-generational. We specialize in communication that is aligned with the concerns of patients, providers, family, and caregiver concerns. Our education and training modules increase understandiing of what to expect from the health care system and what decisions are made on our own.....until every family is prepared.
