Project details

What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

We have been using Salesforce for several years. We utilize the Patron Manager section so it is imperative that our volunteer be well versed in Patron Manager. We need to switch to lightning and we need to learn how we can use Salesforce to communicate better with our customers. We would like better options for our ticketing as well. Basically we have found it difficult to use Patron Manager for both donors and event audiences.

What we have in place
  • We currently have Patron Manager/Salesforce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a physical location for training or videoconferencing, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to rent school busses for our music education students to come to the Warner Grand Theatre.

We have a very small staff and it would help immensely to have Salesforce do some of the communication for us. Also, our staff Salesforce expert left us and we need to train a new one.

Our mission

To inspire and engage the diverse Los Angeles Harbor/South Bay community through culturally inclusive arts and educational experiences centered on the historic Warner Grand Theatre and the Grand Annex in downtown San Pedro.

What we do

Grand Vision Foundation is a non profit 501(c)(3) organization. We produce live concerts, film screenings, performances and educational events at the historic Warner Grand Theatre, a 1,500 seat art deco movie palace and also at the Grand Annex, a 150-seat music listening room. We also run a robust arts education program called Meet the Music. Grand Vision is the Friends' Group to the Warner Grand Theatre.
