What we need
- A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
- A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details
We have had Salesforce for both client and donor database needs since 2021, but have had significant staff turnover since then. We could use a training to ensure we're using Salesforce to its greatest capacity for our organization.
What we have in place
- We currently have a customized database platform, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a basic manual as a starting point, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to focus efforts on our accompaniment services for those most impacted by COVID-19.
We often spend more time than we should trying to navigate our Salesforce database, which take capacity away from programming and fundraising efforts. This training would provide staff the ability to leverage Salesforce for improved fundraising efficiency and enhanced outcomes and data reporting.
