Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining Organization’s or a specific program’s strengths and weaknesses as well as potential opportunities and threats
Additional details

We are beginning the process of writing a 3 year Strategic Plan. For the last 2 years, we have only had 1 year plan due to COVID.
We have not done a SWOT analysis in years.

What we have in place
  • We currently have staff members and Board members committed to this project., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have financials, staffing, marketing materials, program data,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to use these funds on our programs, whether that is working with our volunteers, university student partners or our general partners.

This project will help us better understand our work in the new landscape that COVID has brought to us. It is also the first step in our strategic planning process.

Testimonials

It was a pleasure to work with Dr. Nader. He took what can be a not very exciting project - SWOT analysis and brought out great thinking, comments, and reflection. He was an excellent facilitator and took us from looking at our work at a day to day level to a very strategic level.
