What we need
- A professionally designed online survey ready to use (set up with Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Typeform, SurveyLegend, or other tool)
- Training to equip staff to execute and manage survey
Additional details
I want to create a survey to volunteers. Some nurses only volunteered one shift for the entire year, others have volunteered for years. What are we doing right and wrong.
What we have in place
- I am getting the membership with survey monkey. I have started a list of questions for the survey.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to use the money to provide care and treatments to patients without health insurance.
We rely on volunteers. We struggle with keeping them. We need to deep drive into why they left.

What we do
Kids Club partners with local schools, volunteers and families to affirm God-given value and multiply possibilities together. Kids Club creates a fun, engaging environment where kids thrive through positive relationships with caring adults. Kids grow academically, expand life skills and develop Godly character.
Volunteers in Medicine works together with patients, volunteers and community partners to affirm God-given value and multiply possibilities. Staff and volunteers provide quality medical and dental care at no cost to local uninsured patients. Together we are greater than disease, diagnosis, and circumstance.
