What we need
  • A one-day intensive Salesforce training for up to five staff members
  • A document summarizing topics covered during training
Additional details

We have NPSP software installed and added a software application, Acutedge, for our workforce development team. We have all new staff who are not familiar with Salesforce at all and need training.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a Career Center lab, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a wired conference room, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $7,888 , allowing us to use these funds for programmatic support.

This project will help us to be able to better utilize the database for client screenings, job matching, reporting, etc. It will also help us with data analytics.

  • Professional, Volunteer Manager and trainees meet to discuss goals and objectives for the training, create an agenda, and set a date

  • Professional leads a full-day Salesforce training session

  • Professional remains available to Volunteer Manager for up to a week for follow up questions
