What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

Platform: GoDaddy
In need of a major Millennial update to the whole site.
This includes but not limited to:
-web content
- web imaging
- layout, etc
Ideally, the website should be easy to navigate, capture attention and compatible with all devices and platforms.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an existing active website with content, imaging, etc., which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the login information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to continue to support, serve, and bridge the disparity gaps that are negatively impacting low income based pregnant women, and their families and children.

It will allow us to expand our audience which in turn can help us continue to support the community that we serve.

Prep: Share Scope of Changes
  • Volunteer Manager shares link to existing website with Professional
  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site
