Salesforce Database Customization

What we need
  • A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
  • Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
  • Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
  • “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details

have been using salesforce, need to get more out of it. Example: payments direct into Salesforce, with automatic receipting and thank you letter set up.
Contacts can be seat holders need to indicate seat number, but 1 payer two or three different families

What we have in place
  • We currently have All data on Salesfroce, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have bit of experience wtih Salesforce, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to as we run a not for profit giving kitchen making meals for vulnerable people, this will enable us to help more people by becoming more efficient when dealing with donations.

Need to become updated in how we process our contacts, too much old fashioned handling of data, also how we process payments and receipts and thank you letters. At the moment there is a lot of triple handling of the same information
