Website Audit
Website Audit
Project details
What we need
- Feedback on the current website’s layout, user functionality, mobile-friendliness, visual design, content, and other key features
- Clear articulation of the Organization’s goals for the website
- Recommendations for improvements to help achieve the Organization’s desired goals
- Note: If you are looking for a more specific, in-depth audit of your website's design and usability, try our Website Usability Audit project
Additional details
We are seeking advice on how to clean up and streamline our website to make it more user-friendly for clients and donors.
What we have in place
- We currently have Google Analytics reports, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a development and communications VISTA starting on 10/24, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,762 , allowing us to potentially hire a graphic designer to assist with making website edits.
As a support center, OneJustice works with 150+ legal service nonprofits in California and nationally. We would like the website to draw users in to engage in our work and allow them to obtain information they need to solve issues they are facing. Our staff levels have dropped by almost half since the start of the pandemic, so it is imperative that our website serves as an external audience resource and strong communications tool. We would also like to present a strong case for donor support.

Our mission
Our mission is to bring life-changing legal help to Californians in need.
What we do
Millions of low-income Californians face legal barriers to basic necessities. Too many suffer, needlessly, from solvable legal problems - just because they don't have access to the legal help they need. Sometimes all it takes is a few hours of free legal help to make a difference.
OneJustice supports a statewide network that brings free legal help to hundreds of thousands of Californians in need. Join us today - you can reach veterans, survivors of domestic violence, seniors, and families facing pressing legal problems.
