What we need
  • Significant update to Organization’s existing CMS website, such as adding a new page, customizing a theme, adjusting layout, etc.
  • Smaller update to Organization's non-CMS website
Additional details

Our non-profit's website is hosted on wix. Through our wix site we collect donations through a 3rd party platform called Bloomerang. We just purchased their donate plugin for our site called Kindful which has a more polished look to the donate form. We are trying to embed the donate plugin onto our site but the appearance of the donate box has problems on our wix site. You can view it here: www.redoakhope.org/donatenow .

What we have in place
  • We currently have login in for our accounts, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have n/a, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,586 , allowing us to serve more women in 2021!

We are a non-profit providing support to women and children worldwide who have experienced exploitation. Every donation brings holistic care and economic empowerment to real survivors as well as prevention measures to vulnerable communities in Austin, Uganda, and Asia.

  • Volunteer Manager provides list of required updates to make (including sharing content or image assets, as necessary)
  • Both parties review our pro-tips for Organizations and Volunteers to ensure the project is set up for success

Milestone 1: Kick-Off Meeting
  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss requested updates, and agree on a project timeline
  • Volunteer Manager provides Professional with credentials to access the website admin portal

Milestone 2: Review Updates
  • Professional makes the requested updates to the website (if available, the changes should be made in a test or development environment first)
  • Volunteer Manager reviews each update, and reports any remaining issues to the Professional

Milestone 3: Implementation of Updates
  • Professional implements updates to the live website
  • Professional troubleshoots any issues that may arise immediately after implementing changes on the live site

Our mission

Red Oak Hope brings Freedom, Hope, and Restoration to survivors of trafficking and sexual exploitation. We work to stop trafficking on a large scale while providing holistic care to individuals and communities already affected.
