Project details

What we need
  • Review of up to 20 pages of copy for grammar, style, tone, and consistency
  • Advice on how to write effective copy going forward
Additional details

LINGO writes many reports, social media posts, and other texts which we proofread before publishing. We would love to onboard a professional to help our busy staff with proofreading our materials as we produce them! We are kindly requesting permanent or long-term basis support.

What we have in place
  • We currently have previous examples of our written outputs, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a dedicated staff member to brief you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,792 , allowing us to continue working on game-changers for the climate.

At the moment, some our written outputs may be produced by outside consultants, or interns. This requires our core staff members, who are working on other outputs, to frequently engage in lengthy feedback rounds. Onboarding a professional will allow us to publish these written outputs with less delay, delivering them sooner to where they are needed, and allowing our core staff members to focus on advancing other project goals!

Our mission

LINGO works on ending the fossil fuel age by leaving fossils in the ground and transitioning to 100% clean energy.

What we do

We do this by:

1) Supporting struggles against fossil fuel projects around the world.

2) Promoting game-changers for the climate, innovative solutions that enable us to end fossil fuel burning in years, not decades.
