What we need
- Audit of the existing systems and processes that could be managed by an HRIS (Human Resources Information System) which could be any one or combination of the following: Applicant Tracking System, compensation and benefits tracking, payroll systems, recordkeeping
- Recommendation for process improvements and software providers (if necessary)
- An implementation plan to address the organization’s HR systems and process needs as outlined in the audit report. The implementation plan also advises the executive team / HR department of benefits, legal requirements, vendor comparisons, and recommendations on building consensus and compliance
- Training on maintenance tasks with handoffs so all admin privileges are exclusively owned by the Organization

Looking for iCIMS Admins familiar (or willing to learn iForms) to develop forms to manage prospective volunteers
What we have in place
- We currently have ab iCIMS implementation, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an HR team ready to partner with you, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $6,746 , allowing us to provide instruction to 60 additional kids
Attracting and trainng volunteers is ket to our ability to provide the services to the kids in need

JerseySTEM is a grassroots 501(c) nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math ("STEM") education to 5th-8th grade girls in New Jersey underserved communities
We partner with socially responsible companies and their employees, youth organizations in underserved communities, and civic-minded college students and universities.
Together we develop and deliver innovative, hands-on, and online afterschool projects and inquiry-based learning opportunities that develop teamwork, 21st-century problem-solving skills, and self-esteem.

Bridge the innovation gap in STEM education by introducing novel formats for teaching Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math;
Address the opportunity gap by expanding access to STEM programs in underserved communities.
