What we need
- Customized and professionally designed graphic(s) for social media (i.e. Facebook cover images, Instagram posts, Pinterest graphics, etc.)
- Training on how to create and customize graphics using free design tools/apps
What we have in place
- We have a good organizational logo, but are interested in creating individually-branded elements for some of our programs, including our MothersCare Services, which will help us reach and serve more people. We recently opened up maternal counseling services for postpartum depression, and by increasing our visual impact, we can impact the community awareness of this valuable service.
I have a background in marketing and can support the design process and provide constructive comments to finalize the project in a timely way.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,607 , allowing us to Enroll 25 women in our Piko Pals new parent support program. This program provides mothers of newborns (0-4 months) with social and emotional support to bridge the transition to parenthood.
The success of our organization depends on being able to meet the needs of new mothers in Hawaii. Without your help, we cannot effectively convey the services that we have available. Your skills will empower us to be able to reach women in a timely, impactful way.

Our mission
We are a local nonprofit agency that is committed to improving Hawaii's maternal, child and family health through collaborative efforts in public education, advocacy and partner development.
What we do
Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii is committed to ensuring women and families receive access to resources and information before, during and after pregnancy. We provide programs, direct resources, and access to services that help Hawaii's women achieve a healthy, safe pregnancy and nurture a healthy baby.
Annually, we reach over 10,000 women and families through our MothersCare phone line, our online resource directory, our Text4Baby health text messaging service and our direct services. We also serve families through our Piko Pals 12-week new parent support program, our Cribs for Kids program for high-risk families, and our maternal counseling services.
We have been operating statewide in Hawaii for over 25 years and have strong partnerships throughout the public and private sectors.
