Employee Review Process
Employee Review Process
Project details
What we need
- A documented process outlining how to administer a top-down, peer-to-peer, or a full 360 employee review process
- A communication plan to share the process with others in the Organization to help them understand the approach and desired outcomes
- Recommendations on tools that can be used to collect feedback (anonymous or identified) and organize quantitative and qualitative results
- Best practices for rolling out the performance reviews, and coaching advice for managers and individual contributors
What we have in place
- We currently have a great team member focused on improving HR processes, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have functional org charts, job descriptions,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $8,686 , allowing us to focus on serving our community better and dedicating resources towards programming.
Our organization doubled in size and budget over the past few years, and we now have close to 75 employees. Although we have an amazing set of programs and team members, we lack a lot of the infrastructure related to human resources that peer organizations of our size have mastered. By having a comprehensive review process, our organization will be able to close a huge gap in our HR processes and also strengthen team leader and team member communication.

Our mission
The Arab-American Family Support Center empowers new immigrants with the tools they need to successfully acclimate to the world around them and become active participants in their communities
What we do
The Arab-American Family Support Center (AAFSC) is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization established in 1994 to provide culturally and linguistically competent, trauma-informed social services. Across our eight locations, we empower immigrants and refugees with the tools they need to successfully acclimate to the world around them and become active participants in the community. While we support anyone who walks through our doors, over nearly 25 years, we have developed expertise in serving the Arab, Middle Eastern, Muslim, and South Asian (AMEMSA) immigrant and refugee communities.
AAFSC works across four priority areas--Promote, Get Ready, Prevent, and Communicate--to achieve our ultimate goal of strengthening families. AAFSC promotes mental and physical wellbeing, food security, healthy relationships, and family reunification. We get our families ready to succeed, work, and lead productive lives. We prevent domestic violence, child abuse, and neglect by counseling families, offering case management services to victims of violence, and cultivating healthy relationship skills in young people. Finally, AAFSC communicates the needs of the marginalized, amplifying their voices for increased impact.
